Introduction
|
Jengco designs, modifies, fits out and delivers converted ISO shipping containers to construction sites in the region.
For units deployed to Australia, all plumbing and electrical work will comply with the requirements of AS3500 & AS3000/3001 respectively.
Depending on client requirements, base units are new or used ISO shipping containers. Jengco will design and detail a conversion to client requirements, for a range of uses including:
- Accommodation Units, with available features:
- King size single beds,
- Study desk & chair,
- Individual ensuites (hot/cold shower, dual flush toilet, wash basin)
- Wardrobe,
- Timber laminate flooring,
- Split system single or reverse cycle air conditioning,
- Bar fridge,
- LCD flat panel TV &DVD player,
- Ablution blocks,
- Tool stores,
- Site offices,
- Hazardous goods stores,
- Site workshops, fully equipped with:
- Shelving,
- Lockabe roller doors,
- Interconnecting as required,
- Monorail systems,
- Lighting,
- Communication lines,
- Rigging lofts,
- Instrumentation testing cabins,
- etc, etc

Design for Cyclonic/Typhoon Conditions
|
By virtue of using ISO shipping containers as the base unit, our containerised solutions are inherently rated for cyclonic or typhoon conditions, providing the appropriate tie-down arrangements are in place.
Jengco can design and supply tie-down systems and anchorages/footings to suit container deployment to a specified region. Unless otherwise requested, Australian Standards will be used as the basis for design.
